Hello, my name is Michael Proctor. I was born in Brooklyn, New York and I currently reside in Bloomfield, New Jersey. I have approximately 20 years in Computer Help Desk and 4 years in Computer Forensics. Currently, I am a student of Evolve Academy studying Cyber Security. My Goal is to become a Cyber Security Analyst. My specialities that I have acquired know in includes: Wire-Shark, AWS, and penetration tools such as: NetCat, NetStat, and TCPDUMP. I am looking foward to speaking to a perspective employer to further discuss my qualification. Thank you.
Experience
My experience includes 2 decades of Computer experience along with Computer Forensic experience. My hardware expertise working and repairing HP MFP large scale printer/scanners. Working with Dell computer and laptop terminals. Upgrading Hard Drives, RAM, troubleshooting and repair of computer devices which included: replacing the Mother-boards, re-imaging Window computers and software diagnostics for repurposing measures for field employees.
Software included: MS Active Directory: resetting passwords, updating permissions, and unlocking employees. Utlizing RSA for MFA authentication. Assisting clients in utlizing the Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and Power-Point.
